An-Najah News - Since the announcement of the coronavirus global epidemic, the World Health Organization (WHO) has not stopped providing advice to people, especially those living in quarantine.

WHO published on its Facebook account advice in various languages of the world for those who are subject to quarantine in order to maintain their physical fitness while staying at home.

The organization asked adults to do physical activity for at least half an hour a day while they are at home to maintain their health.

WHO has recommended that children engage in at least one hour of household activity, possibly with the participation of family members.

The organization added in a post on its Facebook account: "If you are committed to keeping yourself from coronavirus, it is necessary to do physical activity every day whenever you can."

Millions of people in the world have been committed to their homes for weeks to prevent infection with the coronavirus, whose death toll has reached more than 30,000 so far, while infections have exceeded 600,000.

Many governments imposed in various countries of the world precautionary measures on the movement of its population, isolated entire cities, and imposed a curfew in an attempt to prevent the spread of the epidemic.
